The CR-10 Smart Pro boasts with a lot of features that come as quality of life upgrades over the rest of the CR-10 lineup, as well as an ease of use feeling. I did not get this experience after a couple of months tinkering with it. After just a few months I began experiencing severe uneven level and bed warping. The Creality Support have done nothing to rectify the situation, I have spent another 1/3 price on replacement parts trying to figure out a problem. For this price, the printer does not come with a "fire and forget" configuration that was written on most reviews. It will work for a few months, maybe, but after that you are back on your own having to tinker and diagnose it. For the same price there are much better alternatives in the market.
